1. Agreement
By engaging Plime Pulse for website design and related services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Plime Pulse ("we", "us") and the Client.
2. Services
Plime Pulse provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services as described in the selected package. Services are governed by the package description at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription and billing
- All packages are annual subscriptions billed monthly.
- Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days.
- Late payment may result in website suspension after 14 days.
- Prices are billed in the currency displayed for your region on this website; South African Rand (ZAR) is Plime Pulse's home-market reference currency.
- Plime Pulse reserves the right to adjust pricing annually with 30 days notice.
4. Cancellation
- The minimum commitment is 12 months from the date of first payment.
- After 12 months, cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
- Upon cancellation, we will provide all website files and assets within 14 business days.
- No refund is provided for unused months within a billing cycle.
5. Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all content provided is owned by the Client or properly licensed.
- Domain registration costs (if applicable, separate from the monthly fee).
- Any third-party tool subscriptions required for add-ons (e.g., CRM tools).
6. Intellectual property
- Upon completion and full payment, the Client owns the final website design and all custom code.
- Plime Pulse retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, icons) remain subject to their respective licences.
7. Revisions
Each package includes 2 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be quoted separately and billed at our standard hourly rate.
8. Hosting and uptime
Plime Pulse uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. While we target 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by Cloudflare or external factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of liability
Plime Pulse's total liability to the Client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

12. Language
These Terms and Conditions are provided in English, French, and Dutch for the convenience of our clients. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the versions, the English version shall prevail.
