No setup fee — ever. All packages are annual subscriptions billed monthly. After the 12-month term, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis or cancel with 30 days notice.
We hand over all your website files and assets. If you'd like to host it yourself or move to another provider, we make that transition easy. We don't hold your site hostage.
Yes. Add-ons like Booking Integration or Payment Gateway are priced as once-off setup fees on top of your monthly package. Monthly add-ons (Blog Articles, CRM) are charged in addition to your package price.
Yes — pay 12 months upfront and get 2 months free (effectively a ~17% discount). Contact us via WhatsApp for an upfront invoice.
Presence package: 5–7 business days. Growth: 7–10 business days. Authority: 10–14 business days. Turnaround depends on how quickly you can provide your content, logo, and brief.
We'll send you a simple Brief Template once you sign up. You'll need to provide: your business name and logo, the services you offer, a few photos (or we can use free stock images), and your contact details.
Yes. We'll advise you on choosing a .co.za or .com domain, help you register it, and set up Cloudflare DNS so your site is fast and secure from day one.
Every Plime Pulse site starts with a proven layout for your industry, then is built around your specific services, service areas, and contact preferences. We use niche-specific starting points because they work — then we customise for your business. The result looks professional and purposeful, not generic.

Yes — all packages include hosting on Cloudflare Pages. That means globally fast load times, free SSL certificate, and 99.9% uptime. No separate hosting bill.
All our websites are built mobile-first — meaning they're designed for phones before desktops. In South Africa, most of your customers are browsing on mobile.
Yes — Growth and Authority packages include AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and LEO (LLM Engine Optimisation). This means structured content, FAQ schema, and semantic markup that AI search engines understand and cite.
Authority package clients get CMS access. Presence and Growth clients can request content updates through their monthly support hours. We can also quote a CMS add-on for Growth package clients.
Each package includes a set number of support hours per month (30 min, 1 hr, or 2 hrs). You can use these for content updates, small design tweaks, or technical questions. Unused hours don't roll over.
Via WhatsApp — it's the fastest way to reach us. You'll get a dedicated WhatsApp number after sign-up. We also accept email for non-urgent requests.
Our primary focus is South African local businesses, but we do work with SA expats and SADC-region businesses. Pricing remains in ZAR.
