Every Plime Pulse website goes through a six-step delivery system: planning, design, development, quality review, lead capture setup, and launch. We use modern tools and reusable niche templates to move fast — which is how we keep costs low and launch times short. Every site is reviewed by a real person before it goes live. Speed does not mean shortcuts.
The 6-step process

Send us your brief
Fill in our simple Brief Form or chat to us on WhatsApp. Tell us about your business, your services, your customers, and any inspiration you have. The brief takes about 10 minutes.
- 02Days 2–5
We build your design
Our team builds a tailored design using your brief, your brand colours, and industry best practices. We use AI-assisted tools to iterate quickly while keeping full quality control.
- 03Days 5–7
Preview & revise
We share a preview link so you can review on your phone and desktop. Tell us what to tweak — you get 2 rounds of revisions included in every package. Most clients are happy after 1.
- 04Day 7–9
Final approval
Once you sign off, we finalise all copy, images, and technical details. We also set up your Google Analytics, Search Console, and WhatsApp button at this stage.
- 05Day 10–14
Launch day
We deploy your site to Cloudflare Pages, connect your domain, verify SSL, and do a full smoke test on mobile and desktop. Once live, we send you a handover document with all your access details.
- 06Ongoing
Ongoing support
Your subscription includes monthly support hours (30 min–2 hrs depending on package). Use them for content updates, design tweaks, or questions. We're always reachable on WhatsApp.
